 Michael J. Convery is the owner of The Law Offices of Michael J. Convery. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1991. Thereafter, he enrolled in the Rutgers University School of Public Policy and Planning and focused his interest in the areas of Planning and Regional Development. In 1993, he was admitted to the Seton Hall University School of Law, and has been in private practice in New Jersey since 1996.

Throughout his over 20 years in private practice, Mr. Convery’s concentration focused in the areas of real and personal property. His areas of concentration include residential and commercial real estate purchases and sales; refinances; Landlord-Tenant matters; Residential and Commercial Property Tax Appeals; Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning; Estate Administration; Land Use and Zoning; and Commercial Business and Partnership formation.

Due to Mr. Convery’s past experience, his further concentrations include Construction Litigation, Estate and Probate Litigation, Municipal Court Defense, and General Civil Litigation.
